My Metabolic Expertise At Your Service

In March, 2017, I weighed 364.4 pounds and struggled with a food addiction that had taken over my life. I felt trapped in a cycle of daily overeating, routine binging and guilt which only led to more of all of it and I knew for the sake of myself and my family that something had to change.

​

That's when I meticulously created a weight loss approach uniquely designed to end daily binging and overeating and that allowed me to enjoy my favorite foods while still shedding pounds. Given we can never 'lose' a fat cell, weight loss warriors will always retain the ability to regain a week's worth of 'lost' weight in less than an hour. There's no point bailing out a sinking ship if you're still shooting holes in it and so weight loss will always rank a distant second to ending daily overeating.

 

Over the course of 12 months, I lost an incredible 130 pounds, eviscerated my food anxiety and completely transformed my relationship with food, with myself and my family.
