Our weight loss counseling services are designed to be personalized to your individual needs and goals. We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your counseling session. To ensure that we can provide the best service to all of our clients, we have established a 24-hour cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel or reschedule your counseling session, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, you will be charged for the full cost of the session. You may rebook any cancelled session once more without penalty.

Exceptions In some cases, we may waive the cancellation fee if there are extenuating circumstances that prevent you from attending your scheduled appointment. This will be at our discretion, and we may require documentation to support your request for a waiver.
No-Show Policy If you do not show up for your scheduled counseling session and do not provide us with at least 24 hours' notice of cancellation or rescheduling, you will be charged for the full cost of the session. You may rebook your missed appointment once more without penalty.
Payment Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card on file for your account. Payment must be made in full before you can schedule any future counseling sessions.
We understand that our coaching service may not be the right fit for everyone, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase. That's why we offer this 7-day money-back guarantee.
If you're not satisfied with our coaching service, you may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your initial purchase. To request a refund, please email your name, order number, and reason for the refund request. Once we receive your refund request, we'll review it and process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
